Vehicle Emissions (Scope 1)

Vehicle Emissions - This section shows how to add emissions from company operated vehicles.

Record new fuel consumption by a vehicle

Emissions -> Sites -> (Internal Emissions) -> Vehicles

Click +Add and fill in the data about vehicles operated by the company. You can also edit any of the vehicles already listed by clicking the pencil on the side, or delete by clicking the trash bin on the side.

Description of Fields:

• Vehicle Name or ID - Add the vehicle name and VIN if there are more than one of that model.

• Measurement Method - You can measure by distance, fuel, or custom emissions factor.

• Fuel Source - Choose the type of fuel the vehicle uses.

• Vehicle Type - Select the type of vehicle this is from the drop down menu of options.

• Unit of Measurement - Choose the unit of measurement for the fuel source.

• Ownership - Select if the vehicle is owned by the company or is a personal vehicle.

• Upload Vehicle Photo - Upload an image of the vehicle if you wish.

Click Save.

By clicking on the vehicle, 2 tabs will appear. Emissions and summary. Summary just shows a description of the vehicle.

Click the Emissions tab. Click +Add to add a new record of emissions for this vehicle.

• Activity Amount - Type in your activity amount in liters.

• Date Range - Add dates that the vehicle was emitting.

• Comments - Add any necessary comments.

Click Add for a new emission or Save for an edited emission.
