Business Travel (Scope 3)

This section will explain how to add GHG emissions from business trips.

Record a new business trip
Emissions -> Travel

Click +Add to add a new business trip.

Mode of Transport - Select from options in the drop down.
Date - When the employee was traveling.
Flight Class - Add this for business trips that were by air.
Reference Number - Add an optional reference name or number that is important to you.
Employees - Add names of employees from the drop down (optional).
Departure - Place leaving.
Arrival - Place arriving.
Return Trip - If it is a round trip click the Return Trip button.
Comments - Add any comments (optional).
